Kernel: Linux 4.14.63-xxxx-std-ipv6-64 is not the standard Centos 7 kernel kernealcare does not support it Boot you machine to the Centos 7 kernel

As suggested by @dalem this is an unsupported kernel version, you'll either need to remove kernelcare or boot into the standard CentOS 7 kernel. Here are the supported kernels for KernelCare: CloudLinux - Main | New template
