Issue accessing ticket system

Hello guys, I have an issue with my cpanel account. I access almmost everyday to create a support ticket however today I am not being able to login anymmore. Password is the same as everyday. Did something happened to cPanel"s support ticket system? Any way to contact cPanel support by phone? Please advice This is the error I get always: The login or password was incorrect, please try again! Please log in with the Customer Portal account that started the ticket creation process in WHM. Reseting password does not work either

  Do you have any open tickets right now that you can provide the ticket ID for? Is the email you use for the forums, the same email account you used for the ticket system?

  Hi, no sir, I opened this account new becuase it will not allow me to access with the original user. Yes, in fact we have 4-5 opened tickets that need atention and a solution but unfortunatly I am unable to log back in. Sure, this are some opened tickets: cPanel tickets ID# 11253513 cPanel tickets ID# 11253295 cPanel tickets ID# 11251317 cPanel tickets ID# 11251209 tried again a password restore, but message is received hours after and then it does not work saying that The key did not match appreciate your help, need access very urgent juan

  Hi again, I just tried to reset password and finally got account restored. Dont know whta really happened. I am back in Thank you for your help
