I used phpinfo() and the location is this "/opt/alt/php56/etc/php.ini" and i can"t find it.

Your forum profile liists you as Website Owner, as such, you wouldn't have access to that file. You'll most likely want to contact your Hosting Provider about this.

Please do not link to images. Use the "Upload a File" button just below the editor to attach images directly to your posts. New users are unable to edit posts. From the removed screenshots of your cPanel account, you do not have access to the system files.

With system files you mean this?

No. That's the file system on your cPanel account, not the server itself.
i need to add this extension "extension = php_sqlsrv_56_ts.dll"

You'll need to speak with your Hosting Provider about this. My Guess would be they won't be interested in helping with it though.

You probably could, but that won't help load this, php_sqlsrv_56_ts.dll, it's not on the server.

If I put "php_sqlsrv_56_ts.dll" in the public_html folder, does not work?

My apologies that I'm unable to assist you with this, and I'm not sure how many more ways it can be said, but, no.

You need to ask the support team to get that module installed and once installed you can add that to custom php.ini with the exact location of the installed modules .so file. If your support team is not updating even after one day, then you should really think of moving from that host as without support it will be of no use.

I figured they wouldn't. What is it that you need this for exactly? What are you hoping to accomplish? There's a whole lot of very smart people on these forums, one of them might have a better idea to get you where you want to go.
