Hi @AndyB78 The options cPanel provides for email configuration are present at WHM>>Service Configuration>>Exim Configuration manager. As far as is this useful and reasonable, I would assume that most mail isn't sent without RFC compliant headers do you find that you're seeing otherwise?

Hi, Yes, I received from enduser's end some email samples that show invalid From: headers (like missing the @ along with the domain name). Is there a setting in the exim configuration to block such junk mail? Thanks!

Hi @AndyB78 Not specifically, the biggest reason you'd get mail without a sender would be for auto responses and NDRs do they match any of these circumstances or would it be possible to share the full headers?

I regularly receive perfectly genuine emails without a 'from' header that come from both reputable sources that should know better by them having added a comma separated list into the BCC in the naive expectation of not disclosing everyone's email address to everyone else, and from end users who have added an email address into the wrong field in their email client. Unless your server only runs one organisational account, and only expects to receive email from infallible sources who never, ever, make mistakes, I would strongly advise against any server wide rule to block such mail, and leave it up to the end user to block or filter the mail as they see fit.
