Creating an email account automatically

Hello everyone,, I would like to create an email service. I have the domains, the cPanel hosting and the webmail interface, but need a signup form that - Removed - creates an account automatically. This would be preferred to do via cPanel, however alternate methods would be appreciated... Thanks in advance....
