Backup to amazon S3 transport issue

    check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup as well as /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup_transporter

What I have noticed is the que is abandoned - how do we troubleshoot from here? Matthew

    Hi @trip73 This all looks fine, and it looks like it attempts to transport but there's nothing in queue.     Is the S3 destination not only added but also enabled in WHM>>Backup>>Backup Configuration

    @cPanelLauren Thanks for the response, it was not activated- rookie mistake. Apart from rechecking all settings on Amazon, the above was the issue. This can be closed. Thanks.
