Your message is not signed with DKIM

I have enabled dkim and cpanel shows following status. Status: Enabled Active (DNS Check Passed) But the mail I'm sending (both webmail and smtp) are not signed with dkim. I gets the following when testing dkim using [removed] DKIM-Result: none (no signature) DomainKey-Result: none (no signature)
