do you mean the provider I bought the cpanel license does not provide AutoSSL certificates ? if yes, are there any other way to use AutoSSL ? can letsencrypt manual instalation solve the problem ?
Hello, This message suggests your cPanel license provider has disabled free AutoSSL certificates. I recommend reaching out to your provider if you'd like more information about their policy regarding AutoSSL certificates. Thank you.

Yes, this means the reseller has disabled this on their licensescan letsencrypt manual instalation solve the problem ?
You may be able to workaround this with the lets encrypt plugin, but you may also want to discuss this with your provider. It may be an oversight on their part or they may be able to provide a solution to this for you.0 -
Hi, Thank you for the answer, I already use letsencrypt... i already ask my licenses provider, but their answer was not clear... so i still don't understand why they disabled it ? are there any extra cost or what ? 0 -
Hello @jdw_id There is no extra cost for it, no. I, unfortunately, cannot answer the why question for them. 0
