Changing Webhosting Provider
New to the forum...I am changing web-hosting provider to a VPS service and would like to transfer websites and all email accounts, and configurations from a shared web-hosting with cPanel to the VPS with CentOS 7-64bit with cPanel -WHM built-in. I couldn't find any transfer tool on the shared web-hosting cPanel so I may have to back up and restore...would the backup include all the email configurations, such as blacklist and spam handling, etc?

The cPanel backup would be everything in the account, filters, etc. Your WHM has an option to transfer an account using the Copy an account using the account password option which may or may not work for you depending on how the current host has things set up. 0 -

I tried to create a backup...this is what I see (see pic)...why can't I just download a secure copy to my download folder? 56753 0 -
You can. First, click that Generate Backup button and wait for it to be compiled. Refresh the page there and you should see a link under that section titled "Backups Available for Download" to download the backup you just created. 0 -
Thank you Infopro...that worked and was very simple! 0 -
