SSL is self-signed not by issuer
Hi.
I have a subdomain and this one is self-signed, not by cpanel, before I had it with cpanel but it expired.
Execute the autoSSL but nothing happens, is there any time to certify that it is available by cpanel and does not self-sign?
I hope and you understand me, I do not know much about this topic.
In the log appears
ERROR TLS Status: Defective
OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL"s verification (0:18:DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT)
-
WHM > auto SSL > logs to see why it not renewing 0 -
WHM > auto SSL > logs to see why it not renewing
This shows: 12:56:13 PM ERROR TLS Status: Defective Certificate expiry: 1/28/20, 6:24 PM UTC (364.98 days from now) ERROR Defect: OPENSSL_VERIFY: The certificate chain failed OpenSSL"s verification (0:18:DEPTH_ZERO_SELF_SIGNED_CERT).0 -
that's just saying the the certs is self singed No error I would check to see if your domain/subdomain is listed in Google Transparency Report 0 -
check other Black lists Sucuri Security if it still wont renew you will have to have cpanel investigate 0 -
In the other link also I'm good. Thank you anyway. 0 -
When executing autossl, it shows the error NO_SSL: No SSL certificate is installed 0 -
Hello @Angel Castro Can you show the full log output for the account - please remove the domain name from the output? Thanks! 0
