edns512 timeout

Because of DNS flag day I've been testing my name servers and for some reason one of them keeps failing with a timeout, see this test: - Removed - ns1.example.net always get "edns512tcp=timeout" over IPv4, but as you can see in the result it works fine over IPv6. Does anyone know what could cause it to timeout over IPv4 but not over IPv6?
