Disable cPanel Password reset?

I have unchecked the two spots in Tweak Settings and I have unchecked Password & Security in Feature Manager and I am still able to change the cPanel pw from within cPanel. How do I block this so that someone that has cPanel access cannot change the cPanel pw?

  I can not repeat your issue did you tick it in the "Disabled" feature manager perhaps you have 2 feature lists

  See attached image. I have Password & Security unchecked in the feature manager for the "default" feature set and the cPanel I am testing is using the default, yet I am still able to change the pw from cPanel.

  Hello @dan bailey How are you logging into the cPanel account? I'm not able to replicate this issue when I have the feature list selection for Password and Security disabled. Can you please provide the precise steps necessary to replicate, including which version of cPanel you're running. Thanks!
