Error while trying to access user cPanel page

Hello, After upcp and server reboot while trying to access users cpanel page the following error is displayed: Internal Server Error 500 Error ID 131eb6bde8cda cpsrvd Server From /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log I can see the the following: cpsrvd 131eb6bde8cda: The theme "paper_lantern" was not usable and no fallback theme was found. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Server.pm line 367. Has anyone stumbled upon such issue ? Best Regards, Andrey

  Have you tried forcing an update to see if that helps reset system files?

  Hi, I have forced update 2 times and rebooted the server after that. Now I managed to fix the issue by replacing /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern/ with the same from another working cpanel server. Still I didn't find the exact cause and I am unsure if my fix would not bring any side issues.

  The update should have sorted this. You might want to consider opening a ticket to cPanel Technical Support about this so they can take a closer look.
