Problem with server load average

    I would start with running top in shell to see what is causing the load.

    I see all of high CPU usage is like this : /opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/bin/php-cgi /home/*USER*/public_html/index.php

    You can either use SSH (Secure Shell), or the Terminal feature inside of WHM: Terminal in WHM - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation You would want to run the command "top". Another option is to browse to WHM -> System Health -> Process Manager.

    Did you get an email from CSF/LFD about this? I'm assuming you did.
