    have you created DB user for the database ?

    yes, I'm familiar with the process of setting up DBs... I see no options for privileges now.

    In cPanel for the account that has the database: > Click on MySQL" Databases > Look for the column that is marked Privileged Users > Click on the user name (be careful not to click on the bin icon at the end of the name which will start the deletion of that user) > After clicking on the user name, the screen should present you with a new page Manage User Privileges where you can set the privileges for the user. > Don't forget to click the Make Changes button at the bottom when you have finished !! o_O

    Thanks for replying, but I see no options for setting privileges when I create the DB and after DB has been created... I did create a user... but user has 'no privileges' I'm sure the solution here is simple, I'm just not seeing it.

    Your database mcmlogor_site has no user assigned to it Add the user mcmlogor_rawuser to the database mcmlogor_site and follow the instructions !
