Control PHP Configuration Cluster?

Is there a way to control php configurations from one server and have changes propagate automatically to other clustered servers? Say there's three servers, host1.domain.com, host2.domain.com, host3.domain.com. If I change a setting in ea-php72 on host1, is there a way to automatically have ea-php72 update on host2 and host3 without manually going in and copying/recreating the change?
