Mail Client Manual Settings for Outlook

I am the owner of an email webmail account from geOO roundcube. I like to get my emails also in my outlook ( 2010 ) and Windows 7. I was aible to do two gamil accounts. But the webmail account failed. First I tried the automatic setting but that didn't work. After that the manual setting of also this failed. Does anyone know what the problem could be?? Thanks in advance.

  Hello @Reus1995, Can you let us know of any specific error messages you see when attempting to setup the email account? What mail server settings are you using (without sharing a real domain name)? Thank you.

  Hello @Reus1995, Can you try entering the specific email address and password under SMTP authentication section? Also, can you confirm you are entering "user@domain.tld" as opposed to just "user" for the username sections? The "@domain.tld" suffix is required. Thank you.

  I have tried with SMTP authentication for the out going mail but that didn't work. I don't understand exactly what / how you what me to test user@domain.tld. Can you help me with that? Thanks in advance

  Hello @Reus1995, For instance, make sure you are you entering "user@domain.tld" as the email account username instead of just "user". Thank you.
