I'm sure my ROOT password is correct and the server insists on saying it is wrong: (The password that you provided is not correct, or the SSH key is not permitted access: unable to establish master SSH connection: password authentication failed) e a uma resposta: Connecting to XXX.XX.XX.XX:22 as root...using method password...

This may seem too obvious but that error means the password you are using is not correct. The source machine has to have direct root login enabled. Have you tried sshing to the source server from the target server?

I'm sure the password is correct, when I download it through "Remote User Account Transfer" the process starts. But I do not want to make user per user. How do I check if the direct root login enabled? Remote User Account Transfer in progress: 56861

The root passowrd isw what you use to log into WHM on the source server, assuming you do not have a reseller account. If you have your own servers with root accessw, you would be using the user root and the password for root.

This, I have access to WHM, my VPS is in Godaddy (if this is worth any information) I login as "root" and password. This password does not work at all. I have already reset it on the source server and nothing.

They may have SSH disabled, or direct access to root login disabled. You'll have to try to ssh as root. If you cannot then this is the case. You'll need to get that enabled. This article may help you Enable admin/root access (Managed or Fully Managed) | GoDaddy Help US

Do you have any alternatives for transfer? Creating a server backup A and restoring on server B works the same as this transfer?

Hi @Orlando Fernando Marconi You might also check to ensure that SSH is actually running on port 22 if you're unable to authenticate. You can create a backup of the account and restore it to the new server if you're unable to utilize the transfer tool.

Thanks for the answer. Would you just like to transfer the settings along with the APACHE settings and etc? Preferences without content, is this possible?

Hi @Orlando Fernando Marconi You can create backups of configurations using the cpconf tool The cpconftool Script - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation
