Granting super priviledges

Good Day - I could use some help in granting super privileges from WHM. Since I'm sole user, I'm ok with granting to all sites. I've looked everywhere within the whm settings but cannot find a solution. Please help, I'm trying to get a new site up and have no privileges for the DB. This privilege option used to be available when setting up DB's, not anymore? I have root access and using latest version of cpanel. No experience from command line, but willing to try if its easy enough. Thanks!
