Not able to log in via FTP TLS

Hello i'm not able to read folder through FTP TLS. I restarted ftp server and i got [DEBUG] Couldn't load the DH parameters file /etc/ssl/private/pure-ftpd-dhparams.pem then i tryed openssl dhparam -out /etc/ssl/private/pure-ftpd-dhparams.pem 3072 /scripts/restartsrv_pureftpd but nothing Any idea?

  SOLVED. enabled passive ports 49152 through 65534 Thanks
