Backing Up through cPanel
Until this day. I have only used cPanel to backup my database and nothing else.
I use Filezilla to backup my files.
Is there any option in cPanel to backup (download it in my PC) all files and folders of my site along with database?

Yes. Assuming your Hosting Provider has it enabled on your account. Use the search tool at top of your cPanel to search for the term, backup. You should have two options. Backup and Backup Wizard. 0 -

I have both of them. Which option should most effectively download all the files of the site along with the database?0 -
They are both pretty much self explanatory, did you click through to view them? If you click through you'll note for a Full Backup they both take you to the same place, basicially. Select Full Backup or Full Website Backup, select destination, Leave it on Account for download after the backup is created, or, send it to an Remote FTP account, for example. Make sure your email is showing to get a notification, and click Backup. If it's a small account, wait a few moments and refresh that page to find a link available under the Backups Available for Download section up the page a bit. Pretty easy to do. Good luck! :) 0 -
Thanks for the help. I asked because my host is just no help. They just recommend manually using Filezilla. 0 -
