    Hello @M. Syaiful Rizal Can you elaborate on the issue? Email from the system is not unusual if you're finding that it's becoming frozen the mail logs may give further insight as well as attempting to deliver the mail through that UI, if/when it fails it should provide some error that is indicative of the issue.

    I can't explain in detail about this problem, I suspect that the e-mail stated in the Mail Queue Manager is why there can be no sender but the destination is clearly listed. After I checked again today the entire mail list is gone. It just feels weird how come it is like that.
