    Hello @encryption, Can you confirm if the user is entering their domain name (e.g. domain.tld or mail.domain.tld) as the host in their email application settings? Or, are they entering the server's hostname? If they are entering the server's hostname, then it can take up to 24 hours for that to issue (though generally it happens much faster).     Michael, many thanks for the suggestion, I should've thought of it. On the flip side, I asked the user to delete and re-add the accounts and it accepted the new cert so the issue is resolved. However, I will ask him to do the above as a permanent fix moving forward.
