How to remove or at least hide the User Manager icon?

Can this still not be removed? We offer Nov 8, 2016 - Two threads with many replies should warrant enough to allow the system admin to hide the 'User Manager' icon, surely? Please resolve this as soon as you can @cPanel Best regards,

  Not to mention that the user manager only is there to confuse customers who think they can create secondary cPanel logins for their account... We've had to explain to a lot of customers that cPanel just simply doesn't offer multiple logins, even though it could look like it with the User Manager interface.
