How to prevent spam emails

Hi, I have an issue with spam emails. how can i block specific emails from a domain. i added the spam filters still the mails are getting but it marked as spam. but i didn't want such emails in my inbox.. how can i prevent these emails please help me.

  I blacklisted the domains, but still i came emails, but it marked as spam... I need to prevent it completely no need to come any emails from those domains..

  Sure, but it`s no way to prevent email from spamming at all. That worth...

  Blacklisting is one step, but you need to set the Spam Filter option "Automatically Delete New Spam" and set the score higher than the spam threshold. Blacklisting should set it much higher than normal so they'll get deleted instead of just tagged as spam.
