    I blacklisted the domains, but still i came emails, but it marked as spam... I need to prevent it completely no need to come any emails from those domains..

    Blacklisting is one step, but you need to set the Spam Filter option "Automatically Delete New Spam" and set the score higher than the spam threshold. Blacklisting should set it much higher than normal so they'll get deleted instead of just tagged as spam.
