Can not update Nameserver address records

On WHM -> Basic WebHost Manager Setup -> Nameserver I go to the second nameserver and click Configure Address Records I change IPv4 to the new one (with the same nameserver) it says update successfully but when I return the IPv4 is back to the old one

  Once you have changed the IP of the name server and after the message update successfully, scroll down a little below where you will see SAVE button, you have to click on it to save the new configurations.
