    This was a firewall issue, but with the VPC firewall. Opening ports 49152 through 65534 in the VPC resolved this issue.

    Hello @dstana, Did you add the passive port range to the Security Group settings in the EC2 dashboard? A link to the Security Group settings is found under the instance "Description" tab. Thank you.
