Does Wordpress come with cPanel?

If I buy the cPanel & WHM VPS option, does this come with a server to host a wordpress site on, or do I have to buy a server from server else? If I have to buy the server somewhere else, can any1 point me in a direction where I can buy a server with c-panel as cheap as possible? :) this is just for testing out a woocommerce option, so if its not the fastest server it is not that important.

  cPanel do not supply servers or indeed any hardware.
