Server Side RTMP Video Streaming Installation

Running

• CENTOS 7.6 kvm [jbm]

• cPanel v79.0.10

• Google Compute Engine VPS

• WordPress

• VideoWhisper Live Streaming Plugin (Live Streaming / Broadcast Live Video : HTML5, WebRTC, HLS, RTSP, RTMP)

I have installed the Video Whisper plugin and was still not able to get started, found out that i need to install a server side RTMP server, Red5. But for the love of me, I cannot find a tut with instructions on how to get it installed on cPanel/WHM and I was hoping that someone here could get me in the right direction, the tuts I have found are very vague and I'm unable to understand how to do it on cPanel specifically. Thank you for your time and any assistance you may give. Matthew

  Hello Matthew, While there's no direct integration with cPanel & WHM, you should be able to follow the Linux installation instructions provided on the following URL: Red5/red5-server Let me know if this helps. Thank you.
