Unable to terminate an account

Hello . I just try that guide bobcares.com/blog/cpanel-duplicate-account/ not successfully now I can't delete the account says an error API failure: Need "_removed_tls" set! at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Remove/Cleanup.pm line 451. Also I can't restore the account says that: The "Account" restore module failed because of an error: Failed to create the account: (XID tk29gy) The domain "example.com" already exists in the userdata. Can you help me?

  Hello @Dimitrios_Koutsos Most of the time this is a result of the account being incorrectly terminated leaving the userdata partially intact. Can you run the following then try to remove the account once more? /usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update
  We also have a case open for this behavior CPANEL-24006, please let us know if what I suggested doesn't allow you to remove the account successfully. Thanks!

  I try that command and in terminal and say that : Skipping cPanel user example. No main domain located in Apache configuration. When I try to remove the account now say that example account was not completely removed (/var/cpanel/users/example)

  After I refresh the list account and it works.. The account removed successfully Thank you very much.
