Hello @gwen_the_hen, It looks like the user is requesting that you update their script so that it uses port 587 for SMTP instead of port 25. You'll need to reference the documentation for the script the customer is using on their website to determine how to modify the SMTP configuration file so that it uses port 587 instead of port 25. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I'm not sure what script this would refer to. The website is built in WordPress, and uses an SMTP plugin to send email (which is hosted via Office 365). The SMTP plugin is set to use port 587 for sending. What else might we need to configure?

Hello @gwen_the_hen, If the SMTP plugin is already configured to use port 587, then that's the port it should use in the SMTP connection attempt. Can you provide the step-by-step instructions you are using to reproduce the issue where it uses port 25 instead? Thank you.
