Unable to create CSR on cPanel

While creating CSR, i am getting this error. Sorry, there was a problem generating the key. The system failed to create the temporary file "/var/tmp/3695911._USR_LOCAL_CPANEL_CPANEL__.tmp.160d754b" because of an error: Permission denied It's happening with a single domain.

  Hi @Ritu raj anand It sounds like there's an issue with tmp on the server. If you don't have root access to the server I'd suggest contacting your provider for further assistance with this. Thanks!

  Hi @Ritu raj anand I doubt that would be the case, you'd most likely need to access the server via ssh and take a look at tmp as well as /var/log/messages to determine what the issue is. Your provider should be able to do this though. Thanks!
