Roundcube error 500

  Hello, when we click on the button "transfer" roundcube this error message is present. the transfer of the email to another address does not work.

  Hi @gildas I see, so the issue happens when you forward mail! Does this occur all the time now or just during certain times of the day? What do you have set at WHM>>Server Configuration>>Tweak Settings -> cPanel PHP max execution time
