Unable to terminate account: API failure: Need “_removed_tls” set!

I'm trying to terminate an account and receiving the following error: API failure: Need "_removed_tls" set! at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Remove/Cleanup.pm line 451.
