Global Email Filters Not Working

Hello, I too have been issues with global email filters for the past 2 weeks. It seems there was an update to CPanel. The spamassassim don't add the score in emails that is realy spam: 2019-02-28 08:40:06 1gzJzu-00045h-Gs spam acl condition: error reading from spamd [127.0.0.1]:783, socket: Connection timed out 2019-02-28 08:40:06 1gzJzu-00045h-Gs H=xj-68c5.viaexpress.casa [31.14.135.102]:49642 Warning: ACL "warn" statement skipped: condition test deferred 2019-02-28 08:40:06 1gzJzu-00045h-Gs H=xj-68c5.viaexpress.casa [31.14.135.102]:49642 Warning: "SpamAssassin as useraccount detected message as NOT spam ()" So, the spam have free way to the mailbox. My trying to sove this issue has not efect: /scripts/update_sa_config /scripts/sa-update_wrapper /scripts/restartsrv exim restart This simple steps made a immediate fun, but, after more 10 minuts, the filter stop again. Any things to resolve this, please? Cappuano

  Hi @capuano Do you get any specific output when you run the following? /scripts/restartsrv_spamd

  I have the similar issue, is there any fix for this problem? Spam Headers are empty in a spam mail X-Spam-Status: No, score= X-Spam-Score: X-Spam-Bar: X-Ham-Report: X-Spam-Flag: NO

  Can you also try and restart spamd and let us know if the issue persists or if there's any specific error when restarting spamd? Thanks!
