WebMail does not receive emails

I can not receive messages through WebMail, I'm using ThunderBird and Browser. On neither platform do I get the emails, I am the Root Administrator, I want to know how to proceed in this situation.

  Check the exim main logs at /var/exim/exim_mainlog while sending and receiving the emails for the account in the issue and it will give you an idea of whats wrong and where.

  I agree with @Eminds this isn't enough information to determine why the emails aren't making it into the inbox. -Check /var/log/exim_mainlog -Ensure that MX records are pointed correctly
