    Based on that it looks like you have two different versions of mysql installed. Was that something you manually tried to do? What version does cpanel thinknshould be installed?

    Hello @Luana Premoli, Can you check which version of MySQL is listed in the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file on this system? You can check with the command below: grep mysql-v /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
    If it shows MySQL version 5.6, change it to 5.7 (you mentioned installing 5.7 already) in the /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file and then run the following command again: /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix

    It really had two versions. We did the removal and installed again and it worked. thanks
