Mail failure - rejected by local scanning code

Hi there, It seems that on two of our cPanel servers, it seems our upcp cron email notifications are failing to be sent correctly. I end up receiving emails with subject: Mail failure - rejected by local scanning code
The following is added to the top of the email body: A message that you sent was rejected by the local scanning code that checks incoming messages on this system. The following error was given: local configuration problem
Any known issues with cPanel 78 causing this?
