Service generated warnings while checking SSL certificates

Last few days I've started getting this warning email, not idea how to fix this. The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: Neither HTTP nor DNS DCV preflight checks succeeded! See attached. Any ideas anyone please?

  Nope, not been able to resolve this issue. I've not had a spare min to open a support ticket yet either.
