No access after first reboot
I installed Centos 7.6 + cPanel 76.0.20 and everything looks OK until the first reboot.
After that it's not possible to access the server through http, SSH, it doesn't even ping.
I have other servers (OVH) with the same setup and the only difference is the hardware
Currently I'm using a Server with SSD NVMe disk.
I don't know if the disk can be the cause.
If someone can help me ;)
Thx
Rod

If you cant access it at all you'll need to get on the remote console to see what is going on. It's probably a network configuration problem. 0 -
Hello @rodrocolodro, The advice in the previous post is correct. I recommend contacting your provider to determine how to access your server remotely so you can determine what's preventing the system from responding to connection requests. You may also want to ask them if your server specifications are known to lead to any problems with cPanel & WHM on their platform. Thank you. 0 -
Thank you for the answer. The problem is very strange because if I installed Centos or CLoudlinux without cpanel works perfect. Even with other panels (Plesk) works good. But I need to use cPanel and I can't solve this problem. Any idea? Thank you very much 0 -
I tried installing Centos 6 and cPanel and works after the first reboot. The problem is with Centos 7 Any idea? 0
