The web files go in the public_html folder.

I have created a cPanel account, database, database name, user and password all the same as the old account. I imported the database into a new account.

Generating a Full account backup on the old shared host, and then uploading that backup to the new server and restoring it there, would be a better way to go.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have Restore a Full Backup/cpmove File. However, the appearance of cPanel is like an old account, there are even some software that I don't install on server like cloudflare and so on. I have no problem with this, if it doesn't affect performance or anything on my server. is it really okay?

It sounds like you just need to set the restored account to a new Package that has the default Paper Lantern style. I suppose you could edit the current Package, but setting it to a new one might be best.
