SSL certificate expiry alerts
Hello,
we have the server configured with the settings:
Notify the user for AutoSSL certificate request failures only.
Notify the administrator for AutoSSL certificate request failures only.
But the user is receiving this kind of emails.
is a bug?
If the certificates are going to renew automatically, there is no reason to scare the customer with these emails. How should we deactivate them?
Thanks!

Hello @jmginer What is set for the customer at cPanel>>Preferences>>Contact Information? It would seem that they've selected to have the above notice sent byelecting: SSL certificate expiry. The system will notify you if a non-AutoSSL certificate will expire soon. 0 -

Is there a way to disable this as the server admin for all users in WHM?0 -
Hello, You can have this disabled by going to WHM>>SSL/TLS>>Manage AutoSSL -> User Notifications 0
