SQL Services section - some areas are blank

Hi In WHM, when navigating to Home "SQL Services "Change MySQL User Password and Home "SQL Services "Repair a MySQL Database it is blank. For e.g. when going to Home "SQL Services "Change MySQL User Password it shows the following message: There was an error while processing your request. MySQL is not installed This all started when I attempted to upgrade from MySQL 5.5. to 5.6 (which was unsuccessful).
