Grace period after license expires

    So after a 15 day free trial - you then want an additional grace period of another 14 to 30 days ? WOW o_O I could be more sympathetic if you were asking for a couple of days grace regarding an overlooked or late payment - everyone can get that wrong - but you have just had 15 days to get yourself sorted out !

    No but after a 2 year upfront payment, apparently my hosting provider forgot to renew it. So now I am waiting on that. I am only asking that maybe a grace period to allow me to continue to use the system or a countdown beforehand to make sure it gets renewed would have been helpful.

    My sympathies - it happens ! However, if your provider can't, or won't, sort out your problem with the cPanel license in an hour or so of you notifying them; you may want to think about finding an alternative provider, or take the payments into your control so you don't have a third party to blame. In all cases, I think you should probably contact the cPanel Customer Service department (cs@cpanel.net) and see if they can help.

    Hello @OgreMHDW, I'm sorry to read about your negative experience with our licensing system. Licenses holders are sent reminder emails when the license is about to expire if the license is purchased directly from us. Since you purchased your license from a third-party license provider, their support team is the best point of contact to request an improvement to their expiry process (e.g. to request an automatic notification is sent out to you when the license is near it's expiry date).
