Failed to add recipient Unexpected failure

Hi, When I configure blacklisting in WHM by following this tutorial EXIM/WHM - How to Blacklist/Block a Domain - Avoid Receiving Spam | Web Hosting Talk I start to get following error: SMTP Error (421): Failed to add recipient .. (Unexpected failure, please try later). Can anyone let me know why it happens and how to fix it?

  Hello @CharlesGLondon That shouldn't happen, is anything output in the exim logs when you restart it or when you receive mail? /var/log/exim_mainlog

  Just figured it out. That tutorial just used wrong file name.
