Auto install of custom app with new account

Hello all, I am looking to see if there is already a way for when a new hosting account is created in cpanel (through WHMCS) that when the account is created it automatically installs a custom web app which requires a database so when the new user goes to their domain they see the app pre-installed and ready to go.
