Open a directory in File Manager using iPad?

On my Mac/safari I log in to cpanel /Site Publisher and manage to change a html-file directly in the webbrowser. When I try to do that on my ipad webbrowser, I don't know how to open a folder. On the computer I double-click on the folder name. On the ipad it doesn't work to double-click. If I only click once, the folder will be highlighter (see screenshot) but nothing happens. (doesn't work in the cpanel-app for ipad either) So how does one open a folder when using an ipad?

  Click the icons in tree on left side to navigate, that should get you into the directory on the right.
