Hi @Nolli Well your provider can do the full restore for you pretty simply but you can also restore each of those from the same backup as long as they're present (they should be) Thanks!

Thank you cPanelLauren for responding...yes, the provider can do the full restore, some at a charge, others might take three days and they often don't work on the weekends. I had hope to change web-hosting providers over the weekend so as to have everything rocking and rolling for Monday morning. I was very disappointed that their were no full restore button, since I came here and was told that. The backup folder had so many items, I didn't want to chance a mistake happening...in my case, the new web-host provider said it would have taken three days and the staff doesn't work on the weekend. I got that news on Sunday morning so I decided to just stay with my current web-host provider.

While I understand the desire for wanting a one-button solution, was there some issue with restoring using the method provided from the UI in cPanel? Because cPanel users don't have the same permissions as the whm/root user the restore process is handled differently in the case of the user but it's still doable using the functions provided.

You still haven't got it...I was told by staff here that there was a full restore button...that's not true and I am the root user.

If you're the root user there most definitely is a full restore option. You can go to WHM>>Backup>>restore a Full Backup/cpmove file. You can read the documentation on this here: Restore a Full Backup cpmove File - Version 78 Documentation - cPanel Documentation
