Transfers from EA3 server to EA4 server

Hi: I am about to transfer all of the sites off of an EA3 server to an ea4 server. First thing I notice is different database versions for HORDE. MySQL to sqlite. What do I need to know or do to be assured of successful transfers? Are there any recommendations from anyone? I do have control over both (root).
