Default Address Configuration

Hello All, I recently noticed my host updated its cPanel and the Email configuration for Default Addresses for each domain has been removed. In this configuration I was able to set a default email (aka Catch All) for each addon domain on the hosting package. Now that option is now longer accessible and I can no longer configure the catch all email for the various domains. When I contacted my sub-par hosting tech support they indicated that since it was a change from the recent cPanel update, it's out of their hands. How can I configure a catch-all for each addon domain using that latest cPanel? Or do I need to switch to a non-cPanel alternative?
